Description
a deadly unknown virus is spreading quickly through the badlands. mercs on both teams are falling sick. to stop the spread, the ones who aren't sick were separated from the ones who are. a truce was called between the teams to help find a cure.
the medic's healing gun isn't working. it just makes them sicker.
there are five stages of the virus.
1- the fever
2- coughing, stomach flu, vomiting, appearance of black veins
3- bleeding from the eyes, mouth, nose, and ears, headache
4- seizures, foaming at the mouth
5- death
both medics were desperate after red engie and blu soldier died. everything they tried was useless. then one day while the blu medic was working, his suit ripped and he got exposed. he died three days later.
red medic, now all alone needed all the help he could get. red, blu's brother, agreed to help as much as he could. against the wishes of his father, mother, and twin.
both were working in the lab when there was a sudden power outage from a raging storm outside. when the lights came back on, red was on the floor....

"h-how's ma and dad?" red asked.
"they're worried. we all are." blu said. "have you puked again?"
"yeah....three times." red replied quietly.
"you're gettin worse."
"i know."
they both were quiet for a moment.
"blu, i'm-i'm so scared...i don't wanna die. not in here, not like this." red whispered.
"....i'm here red. and i ain't goin anywhere. doc'll find a cure and you'll get better. heavy, sniper, and demoman will too."
"will...will you stay here tonight? i don't...i don't wanna be alone."
"i told ya i ain't leavin. i'm stayin right here."
