This is card #12 of the Level Revolution Booster Pack.
This card has three other different states: "D.P. Patchouli LV2" "D.P. Patchouli LV4" and "D.P. Patchouli LV8" .
This series is made to support Insect/Plant-Type Decks, and is also a LIGHT Wyrm-Type Counterpart to Reginald Van Howell III's new LV cards, "Dragon Prince Excelion".
This card has 500 more ATK and DEF than its previous LV version.
This card series will be used by Missy in "Yu-Gi-Oh ASPECT".

Lore: Once per turn, during the Main Phase 1 (Quick Effect, if this card was Special Summoned by a " LV" monster's effect): You can make the Type of the monster(s) your opponent controls with the highest ATK become Insect or Plant (your choice), also it loses 600 ATK and DEF, then you can Special Summon 1 Insect or Plant monster from your hand with less ATK than that monster's current ATK. During the End Phase, if this card was not Summoned this turn: You can destroy 1 other monster you control and send this face-up card to the GY; Special Summon 1 "Dragon Princess Patchouli LV8" from your hand or Deck.
