This is card #11 of the Level Revolution Booster Pack.
This card has three other different states: "D.P. Patchouli LV2" , "D.P. Patchouli LV6" and "D.P. Patchouli LV8 ".
This series is made to support Insect/Plant-Type Decks, and is also a LIGHT Wyrm-Type Counterpart to Reginald Van Howell III's new LV cards, "Dragon Prince Excelion".
This card has 500 more ATK and DEF than its previous LV version.
This card series will be used by Missy in "Yu-Gi-Oh ASPECT".

Lore: When this card is Summoned: You can add from your GY or banished zone to the hand, 1 "Level" monster or 1 Insect or Plant monster. If this card attacks or is attacked: You can change the Type of 1 other face-up monster on the field to either Insect or Plant, and if you do, it loses 400 ATK and DEF. If a Plant or Insect monster on the field is destroyed by battle: You can send this face-up card to the GY; Special Summon 1 "Dragon Princess Patchouli LV6" from your hand or Deck.
