Trivia:
This is card #16 of the Level Revolution Booster Pack.
This card has three other different states: "D.P. Excelion LV1" , "D.P. Excelion LV3" and "D.P. Excelion LV7".
This series is a new variant on the "Divine Dragon - Excelion" , with this card having the same Level, ATK and DEF as the original card.
This card has 500 more ATK and 300 more DEF than its previous LV counterpart.
This series is held by Reginald Van Howell III , who will debut it in the later chapters of "Yu-Gi-Oh ASPECT", as well as feature prominently in my other participated project with Drearia , called The Dark Wave (with a different Deck, though!)

LIGHT/Dragon-Type Effect Monster/Level 5/1500 ATK/900 DEF

Lore: If this face-up card on the field was Special Summoned by a " LV" monster's effect, it cannot be destroyed by battle against a Special Summoned monster, also it can make up to 2 attacks on monsters during each Battle Phase. Once per turn: You can declare Warrior, Spellcaster or Dragon: until the end of the next turn, all other monsters you control with the declared Type and this card will gain 1000 ATK. If this card destroys a monster by battle; You can inflict 1500 damage to your opponent, then send this face-up card to the GY; Special Summon 1 "Dragon Prince Excelion LV7" from your hand or Deck.
