Trivia:
This card is the ultimate version of the "Dragon Prince Excelion" series-specifically, its LV7 version.
As a LV-X monster, this card has 800 more ATK and DEF than its previous version, as well as 2 more Levels.
This series is a new variant on the "Divine Dragon - Excelion" .
This series is held by Reginald Van Howell III , who will debut it in the later chapters of "Yu-Gi-Oh ASPECT", as well as feature prominently in my other participated project with Drearia , called The Dark Wave (with a different Deck, though!)

LIGHT/Dragon-Type Fusion Effect Monster/Level 9/2800 ATK/2000 DEF

Lore: Must be Special Summoned by a "Level Optimization" card's effect. Cannot be destroyed by battle. Gains 500 ATK for each monster your opponent controls. This card can make up to 3 attacks on monsters during each Battle Phase. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: You can target 1 other monster on the field; your opponent takes no battle damage this turn, also inflict damage to your opponent equal to its ATK or DEF (whichever is higher). Once per turn, during your End Phase, shuffle 1 "LV" card from your hand or GY into the Deck or return this card to the Extra Deck.
