When this card is Special Summoned: You can negate the effects of 1 face-up card on the field. (Quick Effect): You can discard 1 card; this card gains ATK equal to its current ATK, then you can Set 1 "Fishborg Ward" or "Fishborg Out of Water" directly from your Deck. If this Attack Position card leaves the field by a card effect: You can Special Summon 1 of your banished Fish monsters in Defense Position. You can only use each effect of "Fishborg Reactor" once per turn.

It has very good effects. I think that in a White deck, this card would be awesome. Also, Fishborg Archetype really needs a own Synchro monster.

It is just that is a Fish Water Synchro. Also, if this card leaves the field by a card effect, you can Special Summon a Number C107 Silent Honor DARK and steal your opponent's Special Summoned monsters.
BTW, most of White Aura Synchro Monsters banish Water monsters from your Graveyard to reborn themselves again. So, you can use this card's effect to summon any of the Water monsters who were banished by White Aura Synchro Monsters.
