I lost my friggen Micron pens. All of them except for the one that dont work >_<; I lack so many supplies, I kind of had to run through my room to find a good pencil to work with. Seriously, it's like my stuff just gets up and walks away like "I'm done with you- peace!"I've been doing these in rows. I have a few guys that I've drawn so far with some interesting faces, I just need to shade them before I post them up. The sketches are very close to accurate, with a few flaws.
I'm still using the circle, square, oval thing.

yah, I'm short on art supplies. I'm not in school this semester so I dont have easy access to the book store, and the nearest art place is like 20 min drive from here >_<; Gimmy my stuff back!

Lol, I'd take 20 minutes over the hour almost hour and a half train ride to Chinatown for the nearest Pearl Paint.

wow, where you from? I live in Detroit. To go anywhere decent I have to drive at least 15-20 minutes out of town.
I've made some minor changes into how I go about constructing the face that i havn't updated. If you're loose with it, I'm sure you'll come up with some excellent faces.

I'm in NYC, (in the Bronx) you'd think there'd be more than one Pearl Paint right? Though it it's defense it does have five (or maybe six) floors of epicness.
Yea I just did one and I can see the improvement from my usual faces. What do you think will be your next topic after your work with faces and expressions?

I'll be going into drawing whole figures and then put emphasis on hands and feet, and gesture drawing. I've actually been thinking about starting that now while I continue to keep up my practice drawing faces. It's so easy to get rusty.

I like the last face. Was that one hard since it was a really odd expression? I always find it real hard to make distorted expressions look human and realistic in the sense that someone's face could make it.

Surprisingly, the more difficult faces are easy to draw. It's the more relaxed ones that have been getting me. I had to of drawn the first one about two times before getting it right. The last one I did only once >_<;

nice work. i have that same problem but with markers because i kept sticking them in my cap and they kept falling out. i never used the geometric shapes to make faces and bodies but your stuff looks like you dive into it like i do.

Build the structure of the face using basic shapes to measure up the features, and then once I know where everythinng goes I add the details.

As for my pens, I have no idea. you can tell with this one it dosn't have an inked outline so I had to extra careful. I think I lost them at church or in my car or something, lol.
