Not even close to done, but closer than I've managed to get in over a year.Funnily enough, this is the result of probably three hours of work. Most of which I rage-deleted because it was just looking worse and worse with every technique I tried. But that was all in Illustrator and I was trying to wedge square-shaped tools into a circle-shaped project. Next chance I get I'll just import into Photoshop and raster all over this bitch.
Maybe once I start being able to suck a little bit less I'll do some actually interesting poses and not just whrrgarble headshots.

edit: olololol, this is already my most fave'd submission. Moral of the story? Draw more fanarts. Or maybe that I'm actually getting better?

You don't suck... There's nothing wrong with not being able to pose characters! Anatomy is hard.

Aw thanks! The more I look at it the more I like the simple colors, but I still want to see what I can do with it with some proper shading.
I'm okay with anatomy if I have a reference, but I am total balls at coming up with my own poses (thankfully, DA has a HUGE selection of model pics).

Thanks! I don't hate it as much as I did a couple of days ago, probably because I was mostly annoyed at not having it come out how I was picturing it in my mind. But, *shrug* I guess these things happen, and I'll be going back to it tonight.
