Hehe, I finally got around to watching the vimeo links...this has been in my message box for ages!
Anyway, I love the animation! I need to start animating some of my character work also, although I'm looking to use some sort of digital software...not sure what; maybe Tupi or Synfig...

Thanks! I can't give you any tips for software, I only know that we use in school and I wouldn't recommend that...

I've started to experiment with Tupi and Synfig. With Tupi, I have a problem that pen input is unacceptably laggy...like a half second to full second delay. Mouse input responds instantly.
Synfig seems more promising. But I'm really not used to drawing with vector editing rather than pen/pencil style drawing (MyPaint is my favorite). I don't know...
