Description
A bunch of the minor players from Noise Pollution.Normally I'd not put nearly this much effort into characters of this scale (other than maybe the Nine who's kinda important and will certainly show up again if I move on in Burning Avalon). Last term, though, I was in a character design class and was able to make all the design work for Noise Pollution into my final project.
Hell yeah, Pepper and Tom.
