Every epic warrior who ends up fighting someone or something that is either naturally bigger and stronger or better equipped than he is while wielding a spear must inevitably throw said spear. I don't know why, save that it always looks bad-ass. Hell, I've even seen a show or two where said epic warrior decided to throw a sword, since he did not possess a spear. There is something intrinsically awesome about throwing your weapon in a last ditch-effort to slay your foe, or in this case gain advantage.

Indeed, I have, which might have been the inspiration for the comment, I'm not sure. Either way, I've commented on a lot of Beanjamish's pages since looking into his BA submissions. I would hazard a guess that some of my comments might even be seen as completely superfluous, simply made to establish that I had actually read and enjoyed the page. But in case it is in question, indeed I did enjoy the art, and the unusual frame shapes. Expressions were over the top, but in a good and humorous way.
