So during class today we had lab time. I had nothing to really do in the lab time so started solidifying that Nev origin story I mentioned, and got a handful digital paintings for it done. Using it for speedpaint practice, really, so might be a little inconsistent.This will be a short interlude comic that should explain a lot of Nev's backstory. Why? Cause if I win this round (and unfortunately the deadline was yesterday night and Ket's not done) I don't want to clutter up the final round with Nev-focused stuff. And if I lost, there's still a lot left unanswered. I want to tell it, but I don't want to dwell on it in an actual round.
So. Yes. Hope to get more of this up very soon.

As it's been said (but should be said again) the backgrounds here are totally beautiful. Which is a little ironic because they're also very grungy and those are not two words that often go together (But should do so more often)
And... This is prolly the most we've ever really "heard" Nev/Jane say, ever, and I'm finding that really fascinating for some reason.
Anyways, this is looking cool and eerie and I can't wait to see more!

Yeah this is most certainly the most (and all) that we've seen Jane "say". Nev "said" a bit in Slaying the Dreamer, though.
