Things to clear up:
-Sad'ya is one of the original fallen angels. She made Gadrel into a demon (he was once human). She's kinda a bitch.
-Gadrel was sent to the Island to capture the Sicknesses. Seeing as 3 are dead and 1's locked away... yeah. He didn't do his job well, there.

So... lets see if I understand this... at first you were hesitant about fighting Gadrel do to his vast array of supernatural abilities (including healing). Then suddenly, Gadrel is significantly weakened (and disarmed) fighting Cancer, thereby leveling the playing field. So then you decide to introduce Sadya, who if I understand this correctly, outclasses Gadrel at full power?

I am very distinctly imaging Sad'ya's laugh to be a "wicked witch of the west" type cackle. Like, exactly that.
The last panel with Gadrel crashing into the mirrors looks very nice, btw.
