Nev to me looks like someone getting a yearbook photo who hates there school and would really rather not leave any sort of permanent association with it, but getting the photo done gets them out of class so they deal with it.

...Even though these tournaments are kind of off-limits for me. (Until I find an artist with no life who will be happy to draw things exactly how I tell them to) I still follow some of them, simply because they're interesting. Nev seemed just a little boring to me at first, with the other character always taking the spotlight in matches. However, the fact that IT has been revealed to be female kind of makes HER more interesting. It reminds you that she was human once. And in general it's just unpredictable that she would end up being female...

I am randomly amused by how she looks like she has helmet hair. It's just funny to me for some reason... I did not expect her hair to be black though, I actually thought it's be brown for some reason.

I was wondering if you got the texture on the scarf by painting with a textured brush or if you painted transparently over a stock texture? It's such a subtle detail, but it adds a lot of depth to the overall pic.
