Just based on your skeenk's personality
ie. True evil: a spiteful turd with no remorse
Lawful evil: will freaking trip you in the streets but will also admit they did it.
Chaotic evil: Throws house parties in OTHER PEOPLES HOMES >: U (and doesn't apologize or clean up)
so basically what you would associate with being lawful, chaotic, or "true" (pure, straight, only, etc...) and then slap the other word on the end (good, evil, neutral, etc...)

we would need to buy a potion for the mutated souls, right? i have a heterochromia potion for my skeenk for later on and i was considering having his eyes be red/golden or red/black so i want to check in and see if it's possible to do that haha

yes. you can only apply heterochromia after growth. more info will be released on heterochromia after the event, so stay tuned!
