Here's the finished product!!! ...Maybe.

I was scrambling my brain thinking of what the Commodore was race wise way back when I first thought him up, but I couldn't get out of my mind the thought of Zarbon's race (Monsturn to some). His armor I wanted regal-looking, yet foreboding, so (other than the boots) it's very dark. The outside of the cape is dark, dark, dark gray with a tiny tint of red, and the same with his jumpsuit with the exception that it was a tint of indigo. I'm still up for people's suggestions on both skin/hair color and armor color if they'd like to voice their opinions.
