This is a sainw drawing that I drew. This is when Donnie reunites the brothers after visiting Splinters grave.I made Mikey a bit bigger than he should be but maybe as he grew up he got bigger and id imagine that future Donnie would be a bit bigger

and Metalatias I hope you don't mind but I added a underbelly color to Leo and I believe I added 2 extra leg stripes on Raph.

As you mentioned, Mikey is kinda big for being an adult house cat, also Raph's a bit small for an adult tiger, but that's ok
Oh and adding that underbelly color for Leo's fine too, could be that it's just his fur turning brighter bit by bit as he grows older
and don't worry about Raph's stripes, I used to avoid drawing tigers because I was always worried about getting the stripes wrong, especially when drawing the same tiger character again and again, but you shouldn't worry too much about making a mistake with the stripes
