I like it.  It's loose and relaxed yet very legible.  It doesn't feel overdone with too many colours or extremely bold tones.  My only complaint is that there was more "stuff" drawn like this!   Actually, you may want to reduce the line thickness of the topography lines and paving details and thicken the outlines of the buildings.  At this scale, I am focusing on the topography lines a little more than the buildings and landscape design.  Good work on the shadows.  They really help the image "pop" and look more realistic and tangible that way.
