I know! There were so many unanswered questions and problems they could've called to and solve, but they basically left them to fade... not cool.

Well, I can't really do anything outside of writing a story or making a comic to fix said issues, but I suppose it wouldn't hurt to hear a few suggestions every now and then.

So sorry for the late response. Now a year late with all and all. Because I had to get it just right. 

Here it is: Timothy, Irma and April's mother being ironically brought back by 2012 Barron Draxum. Through the power of his personal Mystic Alchemy. 

Here was his plan: To use Timothy as a limitless source of Mutagen to use for himself on others and to use Irma as an endless battery-like power source to speed up production. In Addition to the plan, Draxum even speeds up production in Irma to cause Timothy to create a large enough amount of Mutagen inside a container to bring back April's mother. As a means of gaining Psychic abilities/powers as well. Because as soon as April uses her powers on Draxum, the Mutagen container would act as a magnet attracting the Psychic blast towards an antenna on the container like a lightning rod. In thus bringing back Aprils mother but at the same time giving Draxum powers similar to April's.

No problem, man. We all have things to do.

Now onto your headcanon concerning Timothy, Irma, and April... it's... an interesting and wild idea. Especially with Draxum suddenly being there. I admit he's one of the only good characters out of Rise. So to see him blended in a way that makes him sound like another 2012 insane baddie... I can't help but be intrigued. Personally, I would've gone with Tim Curry or James Earl Jones for the voice, but Jim is just as good a voice actor.
