The Baslisk: It is said that a Basilisk has the head of chicken and the body of a snake, also it is said that if you look one in the eyes it will kill you instantly.

What I belive: I do belive in Baslisks I think some where underground in cave they lie and wait, they are dormant becasue they are in caves and the temp for a cave is exactly 60 degrees F no more no less ( that little bit of info from Enviormental Studies Class 11th grade) so there body temp is 60 degrees F not enough to function. I also belive that they cant kill you if they look you in the eyes only paralyze there prey. I DO NOT beleive that they have a head of Chicken, I do belive they can have horns like some snakes such as rattlers. I also belive that they have a pit viper head that is diamond shaped with pit style nostrils and eyes.

Lastly this is for he is doing a crptids thing!
