Today I watched (for the tenth time) "Hunting the Hidden Dimension" and I decided I would spend some time going back to my roots (so to speak) with the Mandelbrot. Basic and Beautiful. We must not forget where it all began.

Thank you! It's amazing how color can really work it and I have destroyed many fractals with coloring. The nature of the art I guess.

Yeah,there is an infinity of motives to see there Maybe you would appreciate my "Chaotic series of fractal articles" [link] if you have a little theoretical interest

Regarding deep zooms in the Mandelbrot set, if you check out my deviation "Cauliflowerfort" [link] and click the link under "Artist's Comments", from page 4 you can follow the entire zoom sequence in 28 steps
