The model looks lost, confused, and just plain defeated. The title being as such, it's as if his life and emotions are untitled himself.

Then again, I could also be wrong in interpreting the intentions. There are just so many reasons for this photo to be how it is. Could have just killed a man. Could be preparing to. Could be getting ready to take his dog out back to relieve him of old age or because he bit a neighbour or a child. There are just so many things... to see in this picture. Yet, strangely, Untitled seems to fit each and every way one could look at it.

That's amazing insight. I actually did title it "Untitled" because I wanted the viewer to draw their own conclusion, and I was afraid any title I could give it would suggest too much. Glad "Untitled" ended up working in and of itself!
