I still dont understand how school was ok with Twilight in library. Do they even close school or it was like "neh, its 24h open, even for hobos. You can sleep wherever you want - its library, people usually sleep here"

All she would have do is hide till the doors are locked, sleep, then have Spike wake her before Cheerilee came in in the morning, hide again, then slip out when Cheerilee isn't looking.

Just one of the many nonsensical things about Twilight's trip to the human world.
She also gets mistaken for a transfer student despite lacking any of the documentation to prove it. That can sort of be handwaved when she first meets with Celestia, but surely Luna would have looked it up when bringing her in for disciplinary action. For that matter Sunset shouldn't have ever needed to frame Twilight or post embarrassing Youtube videos, when all she had to do to put Twilight out of the running for the Fall Formal was point out she's not a student.
Even if we maybe assume that the magic of the portal somehow also generates the appropriate documentation in the school's computer systems, that still wouldn't explain why Twilight was seemingly allowed to spend all day in the library without attending any classes.

Yeah, I've seen similar jokes made along that line.
Though realistically that seems unlikely given just how much longer she'd been in the human world (not that the movie is very realistic). We know she's apparently won the previous 3 fall formals, but according to Luna the portal between world only opens ever 30 moons, or roughly 2.5 years, meaning Sunset must have been living in the human world for at least 5 years.
It's hard enough to handwave Twilight getting away so completely unnoticed for just a few days what with not attending any classes while simultaneously running for the Fall Formal. Over the course of 5 years, however, social services should have surely been able to figure out Sunset was homeless and place her with a foster family or juvenile care facility. Especially as Sunset's human form couldn't have been any older than 14 when she first arrived.

Twilight's actually pretty easy to hand wave. If she never went to class then the teacher's wouldn't really recognize her from any class and she could simply tell other students she's a transfer. Slipping into or staying after closing and sleeping in the school would be pretty easy as well.
Sunset isn't that hard either. Schools really only reqire you give your basic info like name address, parents and and other stuff to put you in their system. Things sunset could easily lie about. If she could do that all she'd have to do is learn to survive on 1 free meal a day and find a save place to sleep. Gym would cover showers.

As for Sunset, sure if she'd been keeping her head low no one might of noticed her being homeless, she wasn't in anyway keeping her low, what with being a hugely manipulative alpha bitch. Besides, even if it is that easy to lie when registering for school (which in this day and age of electronic record keeping I doubt), Sunset would still have been at a huge disadvantage when she first arrived as she wouldn't have know what a believable lie even was in the human world.

Well Twilight did go to lunch so maybe she simply used the libray for sleep at night, and reasurch, and just wondered the camus while classes were goin on.
Rationlzing Suset is difficult, i won't deny that. I'm going to assume most social stuff aside from monachy vs democracy transfer over given how advanced the MLP universe is, so simple stuff like, 'I'm new to town/I've never done/eaten that' would be easy to fake.
The school registration also isn't as hard as it sounds. I've heard stories of parents giving fake adresss so their kids can go to schools in better districs.
The only real stopping block would be if the registration form asked for a social security number. The she's be screwed.
