This is somewhere between beautiful and scary.
However, it doesn't make sense to me... why is this scary child holding an instrument in the middle of the forest? What is it trying to say?
I feel like the instrument looses a little something becoming black and white. You can feel that its wood in the colour version where the black and white version makes it look blown out.
Side question: does your instrument not have strings?

It looks like it never had any strings, it puzzles me.
I used to view the forest as my room when I was younger... spent a lot of time up in a tree.. even did homework up there lol

I really like this photo. It tells a story and lets a strange feeling. The framing and composition putting the subject in the center of the photo is really clever. The blur of the background guides the eyes of the viewer onto the subject.
The hair on the face makes the picture a bit disturbing and reminds me some of the projects I've made with surgical instruments.
I like the cello you had also.
All in this pic lets a strange impression, we wonder what is really this girl and what she is doing.
The black and white is also well done.

Very interesting photo. I like this version much better than the coloured one, because the grey photo makes it look old and therefore fits the horror theme better (in my view). Good idea to put your hair before your face. Personally, I think I woud have used black gloves instead of white. In this grey photo the white gloves stand out very strongly and there is a black patch between gloves and sleeves of the dress, that is a bit distracting for me. But, others might see things very differently!

Ooooops! I really thought they were gloves for being so very white in this otherwise well-done greyscale work. Howcome they look so extremely white? Did you powder them white or so? Still, it does distract me, as I said before.
