This was for the Halloween Ball on EE ! It's a collab between me and *clandestiny , on the theme of 'day' and 'night' -- I did the dude, Day, and she did Night, who is collapsing as dawn arrives. (:The base is by Kristine's attic, but the site is gone. ): long gone.

I really love the shading and all the little details and trinkets on them. The whole idea of Night collapsing as Dawn arrives is a wonderful concept and I adore how you illustrated it. Nice work! ^^

Day is just beautiful. I love how you've done the stripes and the swirly shading of the coat. Hey, all of the shading is just your usual greatness.
BTW, there are a few stray green pixels next to the gold window.

I saw this on EE and fell in love with it. Not only is it a great concept and beautifully shaded, it has such detail! Best part is, it looks like it could've been created by one person, that's how smoothly it flows together.

Not to sound completely retarded, but I think this was the best duo collab. D;
Everything about it is very crisp and cleanly shaded, and the theme is presented perfectly. When I saw it on EE, that's almost exactly what I was thinking, "that must be night and day..."
Also, I just seriously think every time you work with Phoenix the most amazing things happen. You guys are like magic together.
