Heavy Assault Rifle concepts along with mounted weapons. These weapons are based off of an older desgin:

That concept is also based on an earlier desgin as well:

Starting at the top left, we have the A2 version of the original Assault Rifle Shotgun. It has a much larger 100 round box magazine, chambering a .308 (7.62mm). It also has a 10 gauge shotgun mounted under the barrel.

Top center has a chain saw mounted under the barrel.

Top Right has a 6 drum 50mm grenade launcher mounted under the barrel.

Center line left, is the base A2 version Heavy Assault Rifle, nothing mounted.

Center line center, has a large bayonet along with a single shot 50mm grenade launcher mounted under the barrel.

Center line right, has a flame thrower (Napalm) mounted under the barrel.

Bottom Left, is a carbine version of the A2 Heavy Assault Rifle, firing single shot from a 30 round magazine.

Bottom center, is an SMG version of the A2 Heavy Assault Rifle, firing a .45 ACP from a 50 round magazine.

Bottom right, is a heavy sniper version of the A2 Heavy Assault Rifle, firing a 12.7x120mm (0.50 Cal) round, from a 15 round magazine.

These weapons were made for "infestation control."
