Omg! How did you make the head? My fiancΓ© is wanting to do an Excalibur Cosplay but wasn't sure how to do the nose/mouth

A lot of trial/error. I started off with a mask with a long nose, the cut it so it bent upwards. Then I covered it in paper machie. I couldn't get it smooth, so then I covered it in plaster, but that looked terrible too, so I covered it with stretchy fabric. I made the eyes out of felt/paint. I have some in progress shots if you want...? I probably wouldn't use the plaster if I remade it, but I guess it did give it some strength. The stretchy fabric was what held it on my head too, Basically I put the mask on my face and then used the fabric to stretch it tight over my face...

Yeah it's got "eye holes" Could barely see out of them but they did let air in
