Cheddar's bark is worse than his bite. He acts tough and threatening, but it is all a huge overcompensation for his soft and squishy interior. In truth, this little guy is sensitive and timid with very strong morals. He's easily frightened, very shy, and he prefers to hide alone rather than joining in a crowd. Even though he CAN eat anything, Cheddar much prefers to stick to vegetarian options. He also dislikes processed foods... so he tends to avoid food dropped by humans. The last time he snatched a morsel of chicken nugget, he got quite the belly ache.
Cheddar likes rocky perches over leafy perches... but his favorite hiding places are little rocky caves with vegetation surrounding the entrance. He's been observed bringing twigs, leaves, and little plants to the entrance of his home and desperately trying to help them grow to disguise where he dwells. Most of his collection tends to shrivel and die... or blow away. However, he has recently found luck with small, plushy plants the people call succulents. Perhaps he'll start cultivating his own gardens?
Cheddar's greatest fears include being stepped on and the dark.

Likes: rocks, plants, succulents, fruit!, seclusion, quiet, dawn and dusk, defending his cave from intruders, when intruders believe he's dangerous, the night(as long as the moon is bright)
Dislikes: crowds, dead things(plants and animal alike), chicken nuggets, large crowds, almost being stepped on, fire, broad daylight and dark night
