when i went to the bank to get an account, they told me i needed 3 forms of ID. So i thought that my lease, passport and telephone bill would be enough...well, it turns out that u have to have a TV licence, yes in the UK u pay for 'free' tv, ironic isnt it. Eventually after a long and stressful time, i got the bank account. But it takes 7 days for my cheques to clear, i dont have direct debit and if i attempt to upgrade to a new proper account and get rejected I automatically get bad credit. Funny coz i dont remember getting a credit card

girl u have no idea. I dont know how u can have a legal travel document, that will allow you into the country but will not grant you the right to get a bank account. I love that when you ask for help they look at you like u called their mothers whores and you said you want to kill their children. It's a fucking nightmare. London is not all it's cracked up to be. I've seen Gridlocked, its an awesome film, saw it a long time ago. I tell you Dave has some horror stories about the USA too. It fucked everywhere. I think it's really a case of dealing with it, even if it drives you mad. I keep hoping aliens will take me away to a better place one day
