I....have no explanation as to why Rosa and Fil are dressed as Prince Naveen and his valet Lawrence from The Princess and the Frog. But heck, I had fun drawing this out and planning out the background, especially when you're listening to this: [link] on loop.Seriously. I loved that movie. It made me so much more joyful than I expected to be after watching it.

It's kind of funny seeing such a generally more serious character loosen up so much, but ukelele's will do that to a person...make someone something they're not.
I like fil's expression which seems to be pending on being confused by rosa unusual attitude or ukelele playing.
Lets just hope that fil doesn't conspire with an Etahis dressed up like Dr. Facilier to turn Rosa into a frog.

Rosa is actually looser than people would think she is when given a chance like this. She just never wants to show that side of herself. Because we all know that it would ruin her reputation as a cruel and terrifying galactic dictator. Oh dear, that would be terrible (but interesting) if Fil did that. He'd never do that, but that would be very interesting indeed.
