Because I've felt all sore-throaty and sneezy the entire weekend.
Emiko is literally feeling off-colour and has to take her yucky "medicine". It's not all great being a cartoon character ya know...

Are these your characters? I've seen Andy draw these two many times. Very charming characters, and I'm very jealous of your skills. I wish I could draw like that. My guys would look so much better.

I might make this little sketch into a full comic strip one day. It's just too good an idea to waste.
I've added a few tutorials on Youtube. Nothing about drawing characters (yet) but there are some vids about colouring. God, I'm such a shameless promoter.

I actually inked this pic with an old-school ink bottle and a dipping pen. The bottle has a little spider with a top hat on it. 
My dad used to say "The worse it tastes the better it is for you." Not so the case with Strawberry Calpol.
