I've worn turtlenecks... You may know where this is from, but I have to agree with the statement that wearing turtlenecks (at least for me) is like being slowly choked to death by a very very weak man. XD I honestly do think they're cool though, though more on others than me. XD

L.L. Bean sells high-quality cotton turtlenecks around 15 dollars apiece in lots of colors, year round. Ask for one as a birthday present! No don't do that. I'm sure you have enough clothes already.
