Description
Partly homework, partly trying to figure out Charlie's personality. The homework side of it is to make character designs and draw them in a style that fits the story. So, I drew/inked this while looking at a bunch of crime comics to get a feel for it. The style is meant to be more realistic looking than I normally draw, with an emphasis on wrinkles and the like (which is typical with film noir; the shadows always emphasize the wrinkles on coats and the like).
