Left it big so you could read all the little names. Here are some short descriptions of the places on this map, beginning with the most critical areas (disregarding Miscantonia, since that's a surprise yet):

Mercia: The hometown of the Mercia Elite, this city/country is located on the top of a very tall cliff, surrounded by the ocean. It is impossible to get to without an airship. The land is tropical and warm all year around. Weather tends to be sunny as well, with little rain.

Despite their small size, Mercia can still hold its own against their northern neighbor, Mysteel. Mercia relies on the people of the country to act like minute-men in an emergency. The economy relies on tourists, though King Malcolm hopes to make some more income with his newly established Mercia Elite to solve people's issues as freelance rent-a-cops.

Mysteel: Mercia's neighbor, Mysteel and Mercia has been at war for far too many years. Mysteel is notable as being a steampunk community, with their love for technology and weapons. The city is littered in cable cars and gears, and is the home of the Mysteel king.

Mysteel climate tends to be rainy and colder, snowing in the winter. Mysteel's army is a specialized job, though many joke of the Mysteel's low-ranking soldiers acting more like meat shields than having much actual use.

Nigota: The vampire city of the world, Nigota is surrounded by a dome to protect its residence against the harsh sun. The area surrounding Nigota is known as the Wearleg Sandhills, a harsh desert climate that few venture to.

The city of Nigota is notable for its advance medical expertise and adoration for music. There are several hospitals and radio stations all around Nigota. The hospitals don't just focus on vampires, but humans as well and is known for taking on difficult medical cases.

Weather in Nigota is controlled through the dome, with scheduling rain and the like at certain times and days to make the dome seem more natural. Nigota is also home of the NACG (Ninjas Against Corrupt Governments). These ninjas act as country mediators and attempt to keep the countries from fighting too much. They are responsible for the multiple attempts of peace treaties for Mysteel and Mercia.

Nigota is also home of the Church of Don LeMaro, a historical building created by the late architect Isaac Zinc. It's treated as a historical landmark and remains intact to this day.

Treaka: A humble town that to this day remains remarkably small. Known for the location of Arsenic Labs (regarded as one of the best facilities for robotics, surgery, chemicals, and other sciences). The climate tends to be like Mysteel, though with less rain.

Riddleson: Home of the Riddleson Cultists. This religion is based around the worship of angels, along with their god. This city is most notable for the shrine the cultists pray to, a large elaborate building that cannot be opened. The Riddleson Cultists tend to look down on science in favor of magic means.

Silver: A small community in the tundra. This is most known for its beautiful Tinsel Forest, named for its icicles hanging from branches to look like tinsel. It has a bad history with the logging company Logco, rivaling with Silver's own logging company.

Hollerand Lodge: A lodge resort dedicated to the yearly Science Convention, where the greatest scientists and inventors compete with the latest advances in technology and research. It is also home of the Science Counsel, a team of the best in the field of science.

Well of Emeri: No one knows what this is. A well in a winter environment doesn't seem like the brightest idea. No one knows who made it or what purpose it functions.

Mining area: Mysteel uses water for a lot of its technology, but it also uses other resources such as fossil fuels. This mining area is known to have plentiful resources to serve the country of Mysteel.

Kergh: The travel capitol of the world, Kergh is known to have any and every mode of transportation. It's mostly widely known for its train system and bridge that connects to Ambria.

Katicus: A water city, known for its beauty and aquatic know-how. Tourists of this area can scuba dive in their vastly deep Tic Lake, fish, canoe, kayak, swim, just about anything water related. Traveling east serves Katicus for its ocean activities.

Kilim Crater: Once was a quiet city, but was eliminated swiftly by the world's largest bomb. People still live in the rim of the crater today.

Ambria: Known as the neutral city, this is an area where anyone in the world can go and not be in fear of being attacked. This is one of the more notable places where treaties happen and country conferences. It is also known for its entertainment and bars.

St. Lawrence: A city ridden with crime, St. Lawrence is a shadow of its former self. Once a good natured community, St. Lawrence went downhill after some critical political scandals in Mysteel. St. Lawrence is considered unsafe to travel for anyone, especially outsiders.

Historically, St. Lawrence is known for the Underground. The Underground was notorious for fighting against Mysteel when Mysteel came to take over. What remains of the Underground still resents Mysteel to this day.

Gallali: The most treacherous city to get to, Gallali is surrounded by mountains and only accessible by foot. Airships have no place to land and can't fly well with the monstrous winds that plagues Gallali.

Gallali is rather recluse to the world, often a bit behind the times compared to everyone else because of the location of the city. The city is notable for its incredible defense keeping any invading country out and windpower as their source of energy.

Drawo Peak: A ghost town no one resides in anymore. It is said the city died from one vampire hunting and killing all of them. It is unknown who or what kind of vampire did this deed.

Ridged Path: A series of cliffs with fractures splitting them up. It acts as a maze and separates the Ambria area from the Nigota area. It is not unusual for people to get lost and die of dehydration in this area.

Forlorn Forest: Said to be cursed by a witch, this forest is dangerous for anyone to wander in. It's been rumored that few people live to tell the tale of the forest, especially with the undead that roam in the forest.

Basecamp: A short-lived Mysteel camp dedicated to experimentation. It was shut down for its crimes against humanity and succumbed to the forest's curse.

Kanni Meadow: This community is known for its distaste for technology and relying on old-fashioned methods for life. Though the weather is nice, it's said that members of the community occasionally get lost to the curse of the forest. Some rumors mention the residents of Kanni Meadow to also be undead, but this has not been proven.

Palemi Castle: The remains of an older kingdom now extinct, this castle is said to be haunted by the spirits of the royal family. Researchers have desired for a long while to see what's in the castle, but no one can get to it because of the forest.

Tybac: A city in the forest, notable for the residents living in the trees. This is also the birthplace of the famous Cruor siblings, and used to be a community largely populated by Cruor vampires and other types of vampires centuries ago. Some vampires still live there, but is now a rather small community.

Verver: The city known for its exceptional schools and colleges. Many of the best professionals of the world went to college in Verver, quite famously Lee Cruor who also used to teach there.

Westbern: The vacation hot spot for the world. Westbern is the best for its resorts, hotels, and sandy beaches. This is the relaxation city of the world, with its sunny climate and warm weather.

Scale Cliff: A series of cliffs that down-steps into the ocean. It's a highly dangerous area for anyone not sure-footed, though is regarded as a beautiful area to climb.

Northise Island: An island with the remains of an abandoned chemical plant. It was said to be once used by Arsenic Labs, but for some reason was left to rot.

Venesini Island: An island no one dares visit. It constantly has dark clouds covering it. It was said to once be a famous carnival, but something went terribly wrong and turned it into a twisted carnival with a monster residing it. No one ever bothered to check for survivors to the Venesini Carnival incident, and no one plans to.
