Description
This is for , the artist part of the tournament.Also, Pokemon belongs to Game Freak.
Edit: How did I forget to mention this? Static strictly lives off mac and cheese.
Double edit: Just for clarification, Static is not impossible to hit. She's just a bit harder to hit. That, and it'd also be easy to just trick her to do something stupid if you were really stuck.
