Male and female WG, two art styles that you have made look great together. Any artist knows that there are different challenges and things to take into consideration when drawing both the male and female body, especially in a theme like this, so for you to have such talent in both areas is truly impressive. You carefully went over their bodies and made sure to distribute their weight in just the right places so as to show off their body types. Like the way that Ada's leg stretches out from the slit in her dress or how her hips press across the back of it are very characteristic of a feminine form, while the way that Leon's love handle hangs up over his belt but below his gun holster is more akin to the larger male body type. These are the kind of details that shows what an eye you have for capturing the human body.
But what I really love about this pic is that while you did enlarge them to extreme proportions, you still captured the style and spirit of the game. Their poses and facial expressions still capture that sense of being ready for action, like they're ready to either hold down the fort or go out in a blaze of glory against a horde of ganados. Being able to capture something like that is difficult with thin figures, but with large figures who we are more accustomed to thinking of as being humorous, well that's quite remarkable. And a lot of that is due to the color that you did for the background. If I didn't know you any better I'd say you lifted it right from an official RE4 promo poster, that's how good it looks. The dark blue captures the sense of combat that goes into the games, while the creeping black around the corners creates the feeling of approaching fear and evil that we feel when we play them. And when they come together it creates that sense of a dark shadowy night, perfect for giving you the spine tingling terror these games excel in.
Once again you continue to amaze me with your talent and with this you have shown that you can capture both the male and female body type in almost any scenario. Excellent work.
