Such a wonderful shot. I love this portrait, it's soft, giving this woman an almost hurt look, like she is expecting something bad....but at the same time she looks right at the viewer, strong, withstanding of whatever may come. it's all about her, and I think I really wonder what is going on on her mind.
And apart from being very interesting content-wise, the shot is technically perfect, too. Soft light, a nicely blackened out background and this really interesting focus....impressive work
