So when I asked how I could improve I got the great advice to practice on an art that wasn't your usual style and I normally do chibis and the odd (probably containing horrendous anatomy) fullbody.So I tried my hand at some realism, but it still looks quite 'cartoony' as my old art teacher would say *facepalm*
I do love just sketching things as I see them though, that's probably what I am best at, next to chibis! Hahahahaha
But would you mind me posting my practice works on here or would you prefer another account?
Now I drew these back in January so bear that in mind

I'd say this was a more sophisticated style of anime
