Shame on you! It is great! I don't really know what to do. My connection went down for about an hour, so it's too late to kidnap it. Really wish you'd entered it...it is one of the better efforts I've seen. grrrrr.

I unfortunately can't put it up now. It is too far past the deadline. That's what I get for not keeping up with my d'watch! When I look at Denise's and then look at yours I could spank you with a wet noodle! (lasagna noodle). Besides we already have votes in....

I've been trying really hard to keep the gallery up to date. We've had several new people join and I need to write a journal to introduce them too. Gary thought I could handle this by myself, but sometimes it feels like work! Don't think that you aren't helping...remember we said that we weren't going to put any responsibility on your shoulders.

I'm thinking of a 2 part contest. Part 1 would be a "starter" 2 to 3 layer fractal. Part 2 would be the finished product. What do you think?

2 part contest could be cool. lots of folks here dont make very complicated fractals...you've got lots of UF beginners in the group, so maybe just start with no more than 2 layers, to keep the playing ground more level. Up to you, of course

I agree...2 layers to start. I would have to run a Beginners and Expert Contest with 3 layers. Not ready to get that complicated when it came to the vote count! I'm having enough problems with just counting the votes for the banners! Even with Gary doing a count check, I'm not comfortable with it yet. If I do a Beginner, Intermediate, Expert levels it will be in challenge form at first. If I do a contest, I would have to ask for parameters to make sure they put themselves in the correct category. I could come up with a criteria, but I'm not sure I would be understood by some of our non-english speaking members.
