2.8.09by far the best photoshop thing i have ever made. I was inspired by this really vibrate red eye shadow my friend let me borrow and my hair color. Also by my phone...and my favorite jacket that is red.
I took the picture today and just let my imagination roll
anyways

X3 its so pretty! i love the colors. the little swirls add a nice touch to the eyeliner. did you draw in all the flowrs or is the top right one photoshopped in? Anyways, iagree that its your best photoshoped thingy yet. its beautiful. ^_^

i cheated drawing them in actually. i took a flower picture traced over it with the brush tool and everything and then i set my easer to 40% opacity and then eared the picture. So its half my drawing half hte actualy picture. Basically i just wanted to keep the texture that was from the flower to give the picture more depth.
