Well first you download it [link] it is free and you have to draw a picture then ink it, erase the pencil marks and scan it on the computer. Boot up the program and go to "Colors" on the top of the screen, ajust the brightness and contrast until you get all the smear marks off the paper, next you use the bucket tool and fill in the wanted colors, then if you want to you can go to filters on the top of the screen where colors is and go to blur and you can pixelize the picture like I did in this picture. To add a background you go to filters again and look down and choose light and shadow and choose Supernova to ajust the background colors and to make the sunlit background.

I have it and it dosen't have nearly as many tools as Gimp does
