Oof, my friend had this book that apparently was the most essential guide to comic making, but...man I can't remember the title for shit. Also, it was in German, no idea whether it was a translation or whether it was originally German (probably translation tho)
You could try participating in s 12 panel comics event to get yourself into it, she also has a bunch of tutorials that could be helpful (story angles for example) and just look at how panels and stuff are arranged in comics you like
