Maybe he doesn't have a Fuse because:
1. It's a way to make him DIFFERENT from other Bob-Ombs
2. Considering his Lax Demeanor, It may reflect his Non-Volatile Nature. . . as He's not got an Explosive personality or a Short Fuse(or ANY Fuse)
3. It makes him stand out in comparison to OTHER Bob-ombs;
Seriously; I'll at least call this guy Bob for Short
