Interesing character design! One question: Her eyes are usually blue with a yellow iris or the blue comes from the tears ?

Your mastery of smooth and angular shapes in harmony is on par with some of the best. (Tartakovsky comes to mind.)

ok seriously it's not because of anything personal it's just that guy is more well known, famous to put it bluntly. I mean what does my support matter? The thing is, the guy gets so much praise for his work that I'm just like what ever. He's skilled character designer but I gotta support people who needs it more. Othe skilled artists who don't get much appreciation as it is.
well that's my reason, honestly it not a great, but hey better to have one than nothing. But feel free to criticize me for it. XD

the guy is known all over the world for sure! and i'm surprised he hasn't got any real professional job at graphic design of sorts... i mean fuck, videogames, animated stuff, he could do fucking anything! i really, really respect him. i mean of course i go all critical like "more expressions! more variety! get off anime-ish appearances!" and stuff but, still. one of the most great guys i've found in here yet.
you'll be at his level soon enough if that's what bothers you

haven't really seen his older stuff but i guess so, we were all more 'open' in an artistic way once, before finding some comfy way of doing things. as you said he sticked to japanese visuals a bit too much, though i met the guy like that so i don't worry
