Not really XD, Turbo is still evil and he doesn't care about anybody except for Giulia. Giulia is a neutral character, she loves her video-game and she would never abandon it, she loves the lil Vanellope and Sergeant Calhoun is her friend :"D. BUT she doesn't like Ralph (infact she likes to make fun of him and Felix) and she fell in love with Turbo, so sometimes she act as a villain . She's a sort of anti-hero who do what she wants.
I didn't want to use Giulia to turn him good because I like him in the way he is XD
