Description
Oh, mama... I can't paint pictures like this too often... I'll be blushing for a week from looking at the source photo. My art, as usual, seems to have dipped the whole thing into sinister juice, but I'm pleased with the results just the same. Must do more portraits.
Oopsy, late night posting error...
This is from a photo by TrekkieBeth... or at least, her or her husband James. Geekshot Photography. And the original photo is serious eye candy.

Well, first you paint with acrylics for a few dozen years... after that I dunno. I was sure I would never be able to get the knack of digital, six months ago. I learned a lot by taking on that huge Spine dragon project. I'm working on Hatchy now, finally... his makes me chuckle. Rabbit... I think I want to re-design Rabbit dragon. As he is my favorite bot, I want the dragon to be extra special. It also has to look suitably mischievous... ah but I'm wandering off now.
Thanks!

Haha, I don't think he looks sinister at all!

Oh, good! But maybe that because Rabbit always looks a little sinister?

Or perhaps mischievous?

Depends on who's on the receiving end of the mischief. The Spine, for example, might choose sinister...

Nicely rendered~! I like the broadstrokes along the outer parts of the canvas to complement the precision strokes for Rabbit's face.
All things SPG tend to lend themselves fluidly to sinister juice, though? Almost like the tide...
