Actually Jumpman Mario is Donkey Kong's first enemy from Donkey Kong Circus & Jr., though that DK was Cranky Kong but nonetheless Mario was the first enemy to DK while the same time DK was the first enemy to Mario.
Now, if you mean just the modern/current DK I agree, K. Rool is this DK's first enemy.
