Since I still ain't comfortable with the PPG 2016 because of the cringy stuff (Like twerking, unexpected stuff that is more disturbing, and outdated memes as well.) that I can't accept it. The new stuff like the art/graphics and the character "Bliss", I'll them slide. But Bliss is still not a canon to the classic ppg, but she is to the remake though.I did this since I still agree with that Powerpuff Girls 2016 are from a Parallel Universe. Not the main one. So I stopped doing Anti-PPG 2016 (But I only do some of "PPG 2016 canon to the classic" stuff. But the rest of it, I can let it slide.)
I use to hate Bliss, but I'll give this character a chance for now only if she's only from the reboot and not being part of the Classic series.
The Main Universe is where The Powerpuff Girls (original) are at. And The Powerpuff Girls 2016 are in a Parallel Universe.

I found out in the PPG 2016 episode "Wrinklegruff Gals" (which this episode is gross) is that Bubbles accidentally destroys the Pokey Oaks Kindergarten with her science experiment. After many years, the girls entered the new school with middle schoolers or high schoolers.

They just used the original animation style as an easter egg, but it's in the 2016 universe.

How did you the thought of these two series being linked in the same universe even cross your mind in the first place?
It's very evident that both shows are a parallel of one another, but not exactly the same.
Those references are just that, references. Little nods to the original predecessor that came before. Nothing more, nothing less.
