Personally as much as I think Kirito/Lizbeth is cute, I ship Lizbeth with Klein since there is actually a lot of subtle hints for the couple. Plus Lizbeth reminds me a lot of Amy Rose, and Klein kinda reminds me of a calmer version of Knuckles in a weird way. Sorry, I know not a lot of people like Knuxamy, but just hear me out on this part.

Both have pink hair and wear red
Both use hammers as their main weapon but are decent with other weapons
Both have short tempers
Both are girly but have tomboyish sides
Both fall in love with the leading male protagonist
Both are heartbroken when the leading male protagonist falls in love with someone else
Both want the leading male protagonist to be happy even if it puts them out of the picture (though they still want to end up with the leading male protagonist)
Both are forgiving and crybabies
Both are friends with the leading female protagonist
Both have a rocky relationship with the leading male protagonist's rival/friend, but still respect eachother and get along for the most part
Knuckles vs Klein
Both have a red theme
Both are good fighters
Both hate the idea of hurting a woman
Both will fight to protect their beliefs/those they care about
Both can be slightly dense
Both are very caring, though one shows it more than the other

Kirito X Asuna is adorable, same with Kirito X Sinon. But as much as I love Kirito X Lizbeth, I personallyΒ ship her with a guy named Klein in the anime, because the couple loosely reminds me of Knuxamy.

Yeah, Klein and Lisbeth do share a whole bunch of similarities to Knuckles and Amy, which is why I ship them so much. So as you said, that it is a super strange coincidence. Though, it almost makes me wonder if the creator could have at the very least inspired Lisbeth off of Amy Rose, since the two girls are so similar.
I mean just look at Lisbeth:
Her colors are and design are so similar to Amy, that she almost feels like Amy Rose in fantasy anime form.

Well I know there was one episode where she and Kirito (the leading male protagonist) were the main focus, then she became more of a background character. Appearing here and there more towards the middle of S2 and in the movie. So I can't say for sure how many times she actually appeared.

I don't think it has an official Spanish dub. All I know is it has Japanese and English. I wish I could go in and copy the show line for line and add Spanish subtitles to the English dub, so you could at least understand it for the most part, but sadly I don't know a lick of Spanish. Or which version of Spanish to use. XP

((I will warn you if you do decide to watch Sword Art Online, keep in mind this is slightly spoiler territory, but it also is slightly important to know, in case if family members happen to walk in at those moments. Towards the end of S1, a man attempts to rape a woman on screen, which all plays in with the plot and something similar happens halfway through S2. Other than that I don't really remember anything vividly disturbing.))
But if you do stick around through the entire anime, the last 5-7 episodes of season 2 have my absolute favorite character in the entire anime. And I love her more than Kirito, Asuna and Lisbeth combined. This is what she looks like, but please, whatever you do, do NOT look up any information on her, because any information about her will give away a whole bunch of spoilers for the end of season 2 and a bunch of spoilers about her in general will be given away.
