Still looking forward to the Super Mario Bros Z reboot that Alvin-Earthworm is working on.
In my canon, Speed (Sonic & Amy Rose's son) is still curious about Sonic's adventure with Mario in the Mushroom Kingdom (During the events of Super Mario Bros Z.). He asked his father of how he first met Mario & Luigi. He then told his son that he & Shadow first met them after they leaped out of the capsule and sending Kamek out of the stadium to resume Mario's fight against Bowser.
This happened after the events of Super Mario Bros. Z in my canon. And I couldn't add a moment of Sonic & Shadow first met the Mario Bros. So I only did a moment of Mario & Luigi going into the Cape Mario Bros in the 4th episode (Here Come the Koopa Bros.) of Super Mario Bros. Z.
